What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a mental and physical response to fear, real or perceived threats. It is the minds way of protecting us from danger that lives in the future. The issue with this is the mind doesn’t know the difference between if the threat or danger is real or what the individual “believes” is real.
What is Depression?
Depression is a constant feeling of sadness and loss of interests in things that were once enjoyable. It affects how you feel, think, behave, and often interferes with daily functioning and relationships.
What is Stress?
Stress is a feeling of being overwhelmed or an inability to cope with mental or emotional pressure. It is a response to pressure from situations or life events that threatens our sense of self or when we feel we have little or no control over a situation. Stress at times can help us push through things, however too much stress can cause negative effects which can create physical and mental challenges.
